Kind and helpful professionals!
I'm now visiting Peak for my second time (two very different injuries) and I must say it is just the best place. Staff are professional, especially Gina who has helped me both times. Its super supportive, and I feel like I'm getting the best possible care. I'm always followed up by staff, and I know exactly what the outcomes and expectations are.
Excellent service
I would recommend treatment anywhere else but here. A lot of lip service from the practitioners. Front desk staff get offended when you call them out on THEIR mistakes. Extremely poor communication between insurance company and Peak Physical Therapy. If your insurance company recommends you to work with this place because that's who they usually deal with? FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
