Shannon Collins, the owner of Peak Performance, is the best physical therapist ever. She is supremely talented, and her hands are like magic when she works on your body. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and she can immediately locate both the epicenter of your pain and its source. During my Prime of Life Yoga Teacher Training (POLY) , Shannon Collins, PT and a POLY instructor as well, was one of our speakers. Her piece of the training was everything about hips and knees, range of movements of the joints, prevention of injuries and etc...
