I was a patient of Dr. Troxell while living in Alaska, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the care I received for my diagnosis. The clinic is great but their AI answering system is absolutely awful. Furthest from quality service a clinic could go. I hope this changes as the last several times I have called, I get the AI service trying to take a message and then it cuts out and say it sends it to a team member for a call back but i never get a call back. When you call to schedule, you expect to be able to schedule a visit. Front end staff are insufferable, and take for ever to send notes/rx/orders. I literally have to call them multiple times to get anything done. At this point I might as well work there cause im doing the job of a manager already. ai phone agent is so bad the only way to get anything done is to call multiple times and insist on speaking with a person anyways. Sleep study staff were nice, helpful, and worked with me in my midnight frustrations when they kept changing masks/having leaks. Docs are nice and seem to genuinely w... read more

Peak Neurology is not a communicative office. The AI assistant will not transfer you to allow you to speak with staff in reference to care questions, the system repeatedly loops you through the same few questions and responses. The AI isnt even efficient, it asks you to repeat information more frequently than a physical human ever would. Peak Neurology does not communicate well with other providers either (seems like the same AI issue.) Using an AI listening device during patient care is also compeltly inappropriate.
