They don’t answer their phones, they certainly don’t call back, their phone etiquette is subpar, it’s impossible to talk to your doctor, I’ve been switched back and forth between a couple different doctors. It’s just impossible to get any answers or even just some decency/ respect with what’s going on with your health.

Haven't slept in 7 days, went here to try to get some answers to what could help me sleep and to possibly find out why it was happening... I had an at home sleep study done. I never was told what to expect after that as far as how soon results come in , etc. I did receive an email notice of a chart note, but no provider followed up with me. I received a phone call 3 weeks later from them that rang once and hung up, then there was an immediate call back. I could not answer as I was at work. I have tried to make a new patient appointment for 6 months, I sent everything over to them 6 months ago and every time I call to try and get the appointment there is something wrong on their side or someone just didn’t do their job, I have left countless voicemails and have called so many times and have been very patient and kind with them but for someone reason there is still always something they are waiting for to schedule me, I will not be going here.

On July 15th Peak canceled my neurological appt due the dr was sick that day. I called to reschedule and haven’t gotten a call back yet. I had a sleep study done in house July 24th and was told give them up to a week to get the results to me. I still haven’t heard from them. The reviews people have left are accurate. The people are nice but you won’t be getting call backs or info in a timely fashion once you’ve been there.
