Tried setting up a new apt. Jen handles the new clients doesn't know how to listen. In the form it asks for insurance so I put my PRIMARY insurance down then it asks for any other which I have medicade but that's only for emergency and female stuff. Jen then said I didn't put my medicaidr info down so I went back in and added it even though it's not to be used for this. She then message me again saying she can't take medicaidr. Yvette Telusnor, PMHNP, has been a wonderful provider and I highly recommend. Compassionate and caring while taking a proper stance as medical provider. I appreciate the clarity and support she has provided to me and really could not ask for more.
I love Brenda. I began seeing her over a year ago when I had different insurance. My newer insurance doesn’t cover her so I pay out of pocket. I like her so much that I’ll pay the full price. Brenda listens and actually hears me. She is empathetic and kind and always checks in on me. As far as the whole practice goes, I have no complaints. The staff always responds quickly and are always kind and explain things well. I highly recommend Peak a Brenda specifically for your psychiatric health.
