We recently hired Peak to assist with elderly care. In a three day time frame, we had caregivers whom did not show up on two different occasions. I had to call the office to inform Peak of this at which point they called someone else in for the first incident. On the second occasion, once again no one showed up. I did not call to report this therefore no care ever arrived.
