Having left my power supply for my CPAP at home, the company loaned me one and made my trip successful. I can't thank them enough.
Just wanted to highlight some superb service. Like some other reviewers, I ended up in Anchorage for a work trip. Right before I was supposed to leave, I tore my CPAP cushion. Sleeping the first night was pretty terrible because I had a huge air leak. I went to this facility on my lunch break, and explained my dilemma. I did not have a script for my equipment (my fault), however the fantastic staff let me know they could give me loaner equipment and all I had to do was send it back in the mail once I got home. Traveling on 2 week land/cruise in Alaska and found I had not arrived with my cpap headgear. Peak Medical Equipment said they couldn’t sell me a replacement, but would loan it to me. Peak saved our trip. Wonderful people, you in Alaska are very lucky to have them. Ken Bailey
I will never be able to thank Peak Medical Equipment enough for saving my vacation. Imagine opening up your CPAP machine, the first night of a 15 day trip, only to find the hose which attaches to the mask was missing. What to do??? I looked up CPAP suppliers and found PEAK. I called and the lent me the part and needed! They couldn’t have been nicer. They saved the day so I could enjoy my time in beautiful Alaska! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Update to review. One of the owners, I think her name was Jennifer, called me and said that they would take back the supplies. Drop the supplies back off at their office today. Thank you Jennifer. Be Careful. for the most part I have appreciated my experience with Peak Medical Equipment. However they turned on Automatic renewal on supplies three times without my consent.
