Moved into a complex that was taken over two months later by Peak. The new general manager was terrible and the overall quality of the place dropped quickly. If I brought up an issue, it was challenged, blamed on me, or vehemently denied. I paid double my monthly rent in a lease breaking fee and it was the best decision of my life.
