Too much to type just know 3 years of being here I've had enough of the changes of who owns this place , who's in charge ,Who will fix things etc, during the pandemic they have been very strict , no compassion for tenants that have been having a hard time during COVID. Would have moved last April if it wasn't for being stuck here during the beginning of the virus outbreak. Can't wait to move.

My apartment smelled horribly of urine and nicotine when I moved it. I called the office twice in hopes they would clean it (like they claimed they already had before I moved in) and never heard back from them. I called to report the front door of our building jamming and not being able to open it from the outside months ago, and I still have to walk around to the back door sometimes because nothing has been, or will be done about it. They have horrible management they are racist and they discriminate the manager Tim doesn't know how to talk to people he's been completely disrespectful and downright rude he charges higher deposits to people from other countries in the higher manager is his friend so she allows him to get away with these things if he doesn't like the way you talk to him he will evict you do not spend your money here do not move in
RecommendedI am a senior citizen, and I live here because I love it. My building is well maintained and the staff is exceptional. It's very quiet, and the grounds are well kept. I love it and would recommend The Loop on Greenfield to anyone that care about where reside. Oak Park has everything you need.

Calling the office about any issue seems to be a bother. They’ll have no problem hanging up on you/being rude.

RecommendedIt’s been over a year since I have lived here but I always think back to this apartment with fond memory. This was by far the nicest place I have ever lived and would highly recommend them. My favorites included: attached garage, hard wood floors, quartz countertops, modern design. You can tell that the apartments were constructed with quality materials and an attention to detail. I miss living here!!!!

Slumlords with no integrity nothing but greed and treating thier tenates less then human, discriminating handicapped, lying to cover thier butts, bullying, violate all your rights pretty much act treat you like you have none.
