I was a resident at The ******************** complex. I had two different apartments flood in two different buildings. Once was waste water that backed up into my unit and they forced me into homelessness for almost 3 weeks because they refused to assist with housing or to cooperate with my renter's insurance. I'm a former tenant of the Beacon Point Apts. I never met my Property Mgr, ******* since the bldg. sold about a yr before CVID. During CVID we could only make an appt. if we needed to see the mgr in person. There was no on-site mgr since ************************* sold the bldg. ** had ********************** as the Assist Mgr when I moved in. Peak Living took over from ******** Real Estate.
