I have used Peak Heating and Cooling a number of times over the years and have found their quality of work to be excellent. I recently hired them to install a new Carrier Infinity furnace to replace an older unit I had for many years. The quality of work was outstanding and the I am very happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend them.
I worked with Andy to put together a fair offer for replacing our furnace with a new, high efficiency Lennox. He did not disappoint. Josh came out and replaced the unit and we are very happy with his work and the performance of the system.
We had a pair of dual fuel Carrier systems installed a couple years ago. Peak Heating was a recommended contractor for cold climate heat pumps. I can see why. I never felt like we were being charged extra for anything. The install quote was reasonable and they did their due diligence before the quote was even generated. Not reliable, they called after waiting an hour and a half and wanted me wait another 2 1/2 hours to do a fall tune-up. When I said I think I will cancel, they just fine, and hung up the phone I have been a loyal customer for years. won't go back and I am telling everyone I know what a bad experience it was to hire Peak from Chanhassen MN. Date of service was 11/20/25
