Noel and Jarek showed up early to tear down and remove my 24 year old a/c unit. THIS WAS AMAZING since I'm a third shifter and prefer mornings. Noel and Jarek efficiently broke the old piece of junk down and they cleaned the area on their own. They were very kind and professional. Jarek replaced the condenser outside and Noel replaced the evaporator coil under the brand new furnace unit that they replaced 6 months ago. They worked very well together. Mike told us our whole unit needed replaced because it was a hazard. We had it double and triple checked to be certain before we gave the company any money aside from the initial diagnostic fee. Glad we did too. Our hvac appears to have been tampered with, as there’s no leak, it’s 2 years old, and out of coolant. I wouldn’t trust these guys with a peanut let alone your whole heating and cooling system. Tried to get us to make a decision then and there about getting a whole new unit, and pressured us with it. At first it wasn't great. First day installer's messing and sloppy. Made out a review then their foreman and another worker came out on 2nd day to finish job and do it the way it was explaining to me by sales person how everything was going to be. They did an amazing job and I'm very happy with my units. Last tech came out before summer make sure AC was ready to be used did an awesome job. I know I was a pretty demanding customer but when you tell people one thing and don't apply those words into the plan it makes for someon... read more
