11/10 experience. Morgan came out to the house thats never had AC installed before, pouted us up with a new furnace (ours was 27 years old and due for a replacement), and a heat pump with AC. His qoute was lower then any other local HVAC business around by ~$1,000 plus or minus, and they did a small amount of custom duct work for us as well. Mike was the rep that came out to check our AC. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to assess our problem. He explained everything before starting the work and was always polite. Would highly recommend him.
Just had Morgan come give me a quote and walk me through what we’re looking for when it comes to ac and furnace! 10 out of 10 would recommend! This man was on point, he was very friendly very knowledgeable, accommodating just all around great human being as my wife and I struggle to get this new ac figured out, he answered all questions the best he could and just treated us like a friendly neighbor. Very trustworthy service and took the time to explain what was wrong and how what they were going to do would fix it. I really appreciated the technician's honesty that in two years we might need a new unit but these repairs should last that long. The phone team also was very easy to talk to and receptive to my needs, even taking the time to call me for a cancelation they had so I could get service sooner. Whole heartedly recommend R&R, definitely a 5/5 experience and my house is cool again! 🙌
