Nolan from PEAK Heating and Cooling arrived shortly after I called. My furnace was leaking water which didn't make sense to me. It took maybe a minute for him to see what was wrong and got to work. He was so pleasant and informative. He explained everything as he went along, checked all the safety things and was just great. Peak did a Spring tune-up on my central air last year and it was also a good experience. They are permanently on my speed dial now with all my favorite people. Thank you PEAK!
Jake and Carson did A wonderful job the installation seemed to be fast and the technical part in the end helped me a lot to understand what they did and how it was done. They helped me figure out the thermostat, which is amazing and does things that I never thought of thermostat should do. Thanks to peak.
Jake and Carson did a great job putting in a new furnace and ac for us. They got it done super quick while still doing a great job. Explained everything to us and we’re very respectful in our home! Everything is running great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Very reliable company. We got a quote the day before and they came the next day to install everything.
I just wanted to edit my review I placed on here to reflect that I was contacted by Peaks General manager stating that they felt extremely sorry and embarrassed about our experience and that this should never have happened. They will be issuing us a refund for the call out fee. Thank you peak we appreciate it.
