Made an appointment for them to come out and get a quote and set up a service but was a no call no show. Spoke to one of the owners and set up another appointment. Get a text the day of the appointment saying the tech cant make it today so they reschedule me again for the next day. Next day comes around and once again a no call no show. Tried three times to get someone out but never happened. Done with this place, customer service is 0

Exceptional service. Same day complete AC replacement. Our family is very appreciative of the 3 service techs that came out to literally save the day/week. Everyone that I had to work with for our AC failure couldn't have been more respectful and knowledgeable. The entire Peak team was great to work with which was our driving factor to make such a huge quick decision. Technician was amazing and very nice but prices were very high, was quoted $919 to replace a part on my A/C ended up replacing it myself for $15 it took me about 10 minutes to replace
Drew came to look at AC unit. He was very informative and polite. He explained everything in detail and fixed the unit in minutes! I would definitely recommend!
