We brought peak out to check on our furnace when the pilot wouldn’t stay lit after lighting it. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly & helped us choose the right option moving forward. Choosing to replace the furnace entirely due to age, they sent out Jake and Carson to do the install and they were great! I am still owed $9,500 that was never paid, and despite reaching out repeatedly, I received no updates, no communication, and no effort from the company to resolve what they owe me. In my experience, the lack of responsiveness and accountability has been unbelievable. My family also had serious issues with the company.
