My son just arrived and I can say with certainty that is due to the staff at Peak! I worked with multiple IVF clinics and nothing felt right. Walking into Peak and the kindness of everyone involved put me at ease. Not only that, they kept me informed of options, protocols and the entire process. Not only that but they were always a phone call or message away if I needed anything. I cannot recommend them enough.
My wife and I chose Peak Fertility after doing a lot of research and we are so happy we decided to work with them. Dr. Reed was amazing, she communicated very professionally. She laid out our options in a non-bias manner not pushing us toward any decision, just gave the facts and let us come to her with our decision. The nursing staff was 10 out of 10 as well. I was so scared to do IVF, Dr Reed and her team were so sweet and answered all my questions and all my concerns. They are the reason i had such a great experience even though IVF is a stressful experience. I waited a year to write my review, we got pregnant with the help of Dr Reed and her team. We had a healthy pregnancy. And birthed our beautiful baby boy last month. We have been so in love and so grateful for everything this clinic did for us.
On top of the success despite seemingly slim odds, I could not be more happy with the skill, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness of everyone in the clinic.
