Dr Capaccioli and his team are stellar!!! They are warm, personable, and friendly, and are equally helpful as they guide you through the exam and eye care process. They have helped my wife and I with our perpetual bout with “Dry eye” and helped us both through the process of getting new prescription glasses. The “Dry eye” is in check now, and even better, we can now see much better without the need for any surgery! They are our go to place for glasses! Very much a sales environment. They are able to provide concise service around eye health/prescription and at the same time the culture around that very much feels like they are trying to get you to spend as much money as possible. I've gone to them twice for annual check ups and will be finding a new place moving forward.
