You explained what needs to be done in such a way that we did not feel you were pressuring us to have everything fixed at once. You are willing to do the work as our insurance allows so we are not hit with gargantuan bills. Your entire staff are friendly and helpful. Your daughter is a delight. Since my husband is always saying "hi, George" to our grandchildren, and asking if their name is George, he was surprised when your daughter replied that her name was Georgia. Ha, ha on him.

Only disappointment in yesterday's visit, is the inability to schedule the follow up visit next week Monday or Tuesday before leaving for business travel for 6 days. I will now have to wait much longer to get the final crown installed and live with the temp crown longer than necessary. I will check in Monday to put my name on stand by in case a slot opens on Monday or Tuesday.
I was seeking a dentist in the area and visited several offices. The receptionist at PD was kind to call my insurance and check what would be my costs for various dental works. She called me back later that day with details. I made an appointment with them based on my first customer service experience.
It was fun! If your child is scared about going to the dentist, tell them that it is very fun at Peak Dentistry. You get to pick a movie and there are screens on the wall and ceiling. Abby, the hygienist, and Dr. Robinson are fun and nice. This is the best dentist.
The best dental office in the Vail Valley.
Abby was wonderful as always. So concerned and friendly. So gentle and reassuring through out the whole visit. I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned by her.
