These people have called 15 times this year. You'd think theyd have gotten the message by now but their harassment continues. All because I changed dentist.
I had a horrible experience with the Westminster office. Rude staff, not returning calls, changing appt times without telling me, not doing what they were suppose to at appts and asking me to come back, and would not send me my retainers for Invisalign after paying $5000. Fortunately, Kayla and the doctor down in Colorado Springs were amazing. Quick responses and after a year of calls and emails to the other office, they quickly got it figured out and sent me the retainers. Thank you Kayla!
