Love the staff and I love working with the clients
As a recent former employee, the job overall isn’t bad. For the most part it’s about the clients and their wellbeing but for a select few(CEO) it’s not about the clients. It’s about building more homes and cramming in as many clients into these home to generate “capital”! Calls senior employees morons and borderline clients for peak!
