The spark plug is from the number four cylinder. The wall of the block is completely destroyed. The other two pictures are notifications to the Toyota service tech that the engine has been replaced at some point. It's not supposed to be painted green and the little circle is a way to get out of an engine warranty if it falls off
They must be doing incredibly well as they didn't return my phone calls. Returned my Facebook message saying I'd be contacted and a week later I still haven't been contacted.
