UPDATE: My initial experience was horrible, however the Peak Mgmt District Mgr reached out to us & was able to work everything out .Absolutely horrible company to deal with. My daughter has had a wonderful college experience until Peak Campus took over College Crossing Apts in Indianapolis. I've reached out to the Apartment manager in April & the corporate office in May with not a single return call or email. Possibly the most aggravating company to work with. I moved out of my apartment nearly 3 months ago and am still waiting for my security deposit refund of $750. I have been trying to reach a representative for 2 weeks now and have never gotten anything other than an answering machine. I am not typically one to complain about things taking time. But I would at least like to verify that I will actually be receiving my money!
