Brad appraised a potential home in Central Minnesota. He provided an As-Is Appraisal versus Construction Appraisal when he was asked for a Construction Appraisal. When asked to fix the appraisal, he rushed through the process before leaving on vacation missing various items in the construction plans causing the appraisal to come in undervalue. We felt Brad was rushed, sloppy and unprofessional.
