The apartments are beautiful but the lady Katie Landry that process applications is an absolute tyrant and LIAR! Not only did she lead me on for a month about my application after saying all I needed was employment verification but she ignored multiple emails ( until I called) when I finally reached her she proceeded to say my previous landlord left a bad review about me and she was unable to rent to me(which would have been fine but it was untrue).After I reached out to my previous landlord I was told that Katie/nor anyone ... read more

The Peak Apartments was a great place to live with my two daughters and son but then we had a very noisy neighbor and she wouldn't stop he child from making a lot of no ice during the day and night if you've finished reading this rate this place about 3 or 2 stars
