Charged me full amount and only completed a fraction of the work, then left his trash everywhere in my home.
Paul came by and fixed our frozen pipes on a Saturday night. We called in the a.m and he said he will get to us after his other customers and he did. He is a great guy. Thank you Paul. I will use him always now
