This apartment complex is old run down and conditions within the development and surrounding grounds are equivalent to a conflict zone .no grounds keeping at all apartments have terrible smell issues to put it mildly.this is not a place you would want to even drive through. Weekly occurrences of burglary; gunshots ring out more often than the dumpsters are tended to. Cheap rental agreement with "an at your own risk" price. Especially not a place for the youngsters.
