Marisa was very helpful at 1st and stayed with us for 2 yrs until we found our house. after all was said and done she wouldnt answer calls or questions and little did we know although we love our new home nobody told us it had 2 sump pumps that ran constantly because its in a low water area!!! the last owners were still living there when we looked at it and the pumps were well hidden and not working when we walked through... not to impressed .. we wanted honesty and didn't get it ! I would give them a 2 on a scale of 1-10!!!

She doesn't pretend to know the answers to every question we asked but she knows how to get the answers quickly and accurately. We would trust her with anything.

during our process we were sent houses that weren't in our price range or were not enough bedrooms, during the house hunting our realtor was super nice and showed us several houses, but once we finally found a house we like and put in a offer it was like she was a completely different person. she never answered our questions, we put in an offer on a house and we had some concerns with the house after the inspection and when I tried to express my concerns to our realtor she got really snotty with me, every time we would ask q... read more
