Just moved into a new condominium and couldn’t get the parking pass for the night as the management office was closed for the day. Parked on the visitors lot that doesn’t require a ‘reserved’ sticker. The car was only parked in the lot for 1 hour and was towed. Go to check the lot and see every other car did not have any stickers. Called the towing office and Debbie very rudely said that even visitors needed a ‘blue visitors paper’. It would be such a MASSIVE improvement if management were to change. Debbie is Rude the whole company is run by crooks. They get off on illegally towing cars and then Debbie the cow of a manager throws tantrums when you try to pay for your car back. Every review on yelp had their cars illegally towed just like my own car. If somewhere does business with this company they deserve to loose your buisness

Worst customer service EVER, the owner is by far has the nastiest attitude, and should not be allowed to operate a business, long story short - will be reporting to BBB, as well as the local news outlets. STRONGLY SUGGEST ANY OTHER TOW COMPANY, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHEAT OR ROB YOU LIKE THEY HAVE DONE US
