Tyler and Ryan came out to my home yesterday for a service call. My pump was bad and needed to be replaced. They made sure I had AC in the house until they came back out Wednesday to replace my pump. They are awesome! Love the professionalism and they did a great job. Thanks guys!!

Hello, I just wanted to write a review for an AC tune-up I had done yesterday4-23-25. Dern Johnson was the tech, and he did an excellent job. He is very friendly and told me everything he was doing or if I had any questions, I did, and he answered all my questions and then some. Dern is a super friendly guy and I learned a lot from him about the AC unit. He is a great associate to have and so much knowledge about what he does. On March 6, Norrell came out to my home to do the spring maintenance on my A/C unit. The technician, Christian, was friendly and courteous. He was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. After completing the inspection, he went over it with me, explaining and then asked me if I had any questions. Wonderful service.

Pardee found evaporator coil leaks in my two year old air handler during an Advantage program HVAC system check up. This is the third Lennox air handler diagnosed, by Pardee, with coil leaks in the past 10 years. This Lennox heat pump has had many problems since it was originally installed by Pardee. Some problems were due to technician errors - like heat strips not hooked up, leaking Schrader valve, loose connections in thermostat, and improperly placed float valves. We have used Pardee for our HVAC for years. Doug came out today for the yearly maintenance check. He was not only on time but was very polite and easy to talk with. He treated our property like it was his. He even went a step above and changed a burned out light in my attic so I wouldn’t have to go up their. He explained everything and made sure I understood. He made sure the house was clean when he left. I highly recommend Doug and Pardee Service Experts

I just looked on the internet and found out that Carrier has been sued so many times! Why in the world is CroppMetcalfe still selling their Air Conditioner and heating pumps? Please, don’t take my word for it! Look up complaints on Carrier A/C and heating! Don’t just go to one website, follow all the sites that come up with complaints on Carrier A/C and heating pumps. Extremely disappointed, I contracted this company to remove de freon from the a/c unit because I'm going to replace it for a new one and put in the recycle the old one and the technician leave the freon inside the unit just after telling him that I'm going to trash that unit. That is irresponsible from a "professional" to do that kind of works.
