I came to be treated by Dr. Pollard by way of a referral from my current doctor. Prior to my appointment I was in denial, not truly aware of what was happening but having no choice but to face my fears and attend the scheduled appointment. Dr Pollard is an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and has a sense a humor. He is my mother’s radiation oncologist. Dr Pollard and his team, Kia, Jose and the whole staff were so good to my mother. They made a difficult time of six weeks of radiation fly bye. I truly appreciate each and everyone at Peachtree Radiation Oncology Services at Piedmont West.

Dr. Pollard is incredible!!! Through this cancer journey it's sadly been difficult to find Doctors who still also have compassion. Not only is this man a good human and takes times to really listen, but he is very knowledgeable. During my appointment, he sat down and showed actual studies backing up his recommendations. I had went to other Doctors and believe it or not....was just told "it's a high percentage of cancer coming back without radiation", but no studies shown, no numbers, nothing backing it up.
