Lovely place with wonderful lighting and blinds in every room. Freshly painted and new carpeting throughout. Beautiful spacious yard with respectful neighbors. Mike is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very kind. A real blessing to me
I would highly recommend looking at other options for land lords (Mike Hutchison) and apartment complexes. The building at 2925 Grand Ave is dilapidated at best, filth in the stairways, no parking lot security lights, paint is chipping and most windows in the apartment would not open and floor is rough and in desperate need of refinishing, the complex reeks of drugs so bad to where it gets into your individual apartment, when this was brought up to the landlord, I never received a response.
