Review Nice townhome, but the leasing experience has been frustrating We recently moved into one of the townhomes and, overall, we do like the unit and the neighborhood. The community seems nice and quiet, and after requesting some cleaning and updates to the home, the townhome itself has been much better. I have lived in this community for almost 7 years now. Overall, I am pretty happy with my experience over the years. There have been a few things that needed repairing, the maintenance team is always on point and show up promptly. I did not give a full 5 stars because there has been some changes with management and some things started to get not so good. We just hit our fourth year here at Peachtree and we LOVE it. As a bird lover, I am more than spoiled here. Our backyard is full of wildlife! Everything is just so beautiful. You really don't find apartment complexes that have this kind of nature feel to them. Aside from the scenery, I have to mention how amazing maintenance is! Any time we put in a request, it is completed within the next few days (sometimes the same day), no questions asked. I definitely enjoyed living at Peachtree. The neighborhood looks great, it has tons of trees and is well maintained. The office is friendly and responds to maintenance requests promptly. They will work with you on any issue. Be aware the apartments are older so they have wear and tear.
