We just hit our fourth year here at Peachtree and we LOVE it. As a bird lover, I am more than spoiled here. Our backyard is full of wildlife! Everything is just so beautiful. You really don't find apartment complexes that have this kind of nature feel to them. Aside from the scenery, I have to mention how amazing maintenance is! Any time we put in a request, it is completed within the next few days (sometimes the same day), no questions asked. I definitely enjoyed living at Peachtree. The neighborhood looks great, it has tons of trees and is well maintained. The office is friendly and responds to maintenance requests promptly. They will work with you on any issue. Be aware the apartments are older so they have wear and tear.

Responsive management, good amenities, competitive prices. Well constructed and insulated buildings. Good admin and maintenance staff.
