We made two appointments this week and we are very disappointed in this company. I'm especially upset about today. One time is often times understandable but a second time is not. I waited around for my 1pm appointment and the person that was supposed to come out called and said he'd be at my home soon. He wouldn't be here until almost 2. I wasted a morning waiting for someone that was late. Also, he's the same guy that cancelled on us the first time.
