Terrible. They were great when I started using them about a year ago, but they’ve completely declined recently. They stopped calling to set up service, the same tech lied about coming 3 times, customer service associates seem uninterested in helping you, and when I finally spoke to the manager about this saga he said he would call back on a certain day, but never did. Worst possible business ever. Invoiced us for service stated that tech showed up and didn't check in.BS tech never showed. Office can't provide me with a copy of my termite bond. Tech showed up for inside inspection on Oct 5 when they set an appointment for Sept 3. Dont waste your time or money. Wish there was an option for a negative rating.
No show on appointments and on line invoices show I was serviced when I was home. Someone it lied about services being done. Customer service doesn't help and can't reach anyone to talk you about these issues.
worst pest control company ever!!!!!! they sent me a bill for service that was never performed. invoice states technician was at my home at a certain time and date and forgot to check in....that's a lie because i was in the yard cutting grass and trimming hedges all day.....called several times and keep getting the run around from the call taker. no return phone call from the manager and still haven't received a copy of my termite bond that i requested several months ago.
