BAD MANAGEMENT. They took my rent money upon a pending deposit for the apartment. Then they said I would have to do another application fee upon a two weeks application fee that was already approved for. They set me a move in date that wasn't requested by me upon leasing the apartment out. That's how the rent is stolen. It would be a good idea to contact the USDA on the matter and an attorney. Great place to visit quiet birthday parties Cook-Out swing sets play,slides good parking when not full. They are events there. each holiday, I give it a five stars for the track they have the run-on they do have a track thank you hope there's a good time when visit

This place doesn't care about the parking structure or the drive way in which you access the apartments. The maintenance of the streets to and through there,are subpar at best. Deep holes all throughout the complex. People have had tire and or structural damage to their vehicles due to the negligence of management in charge of maintaining road work needed. This is the most prejudicial apartment complex in dyersburg!! They don’t clean them before you move in, they steal people’s rent checks and cash them, they won’t fix anything SND if you’re white, they’ll do whatever they can to get you out.and they charge you for a pool that hasn’t been open in 3 years because they’re too lazy to clean it and open it !!!!

Poor maintainence that RIP people off when move out in good standings. Charge people for mold that wasnt there fault. Never fix items in the apartment,we fixed a couple of items in apartment but they sent a bill to collection agency without notifying us first. I would not recommend this apartment and the manager is never in office when rent is due. She also never has a smile on face.i wouldn't even give one star to them.
