They charge close to $1,000 for rent but cant fix the parking lot. We got a snow storm last weekend and I have yet to see anyone do anything except scrape sidewalks. Cars are getting stuck. This doesn't even account for the potholes that a year round problem. Just an update, the parking lot has not been scraped nor was it salted. I tried pulling out this morning to go to work and ripped the undercarriage of my car. But they'll still expect me to pay full rent meanwhile im spending money to repair my car from their screw ups.
They will scam you out of money. I would not refer anyone here to live, it took them months to get my paperwork done and they charged a $750 deposit when it was supposed to be $500. I'm the meantime while waiting for these idiots I found somewhere else, then they tell me I can't get my deposit back. Be aware these folks are scammers. They also told me I would have to pay to pay a $700 pet deposit when the policy clearly says $250 per pet, I have 2 dogs, also they told me it would be $40 per month per pet and the policy clear... read more
Bad management is an understatement and I am jusrs glad that I am out of there. I would not reccomend these apartments to anyone.
BAD MANAGEMENT. They took my rent money upon a pending deposit for the apartment. Then they said I would have to do another application fee upon a two weeks application fee that was already approved for. They set me a move in date that wasn't requested by me upon leasing the apartment out. That's how the rent is stolen. It would be a good idea to contact the USDA on the matter and an attorney. This place doesn't care about the parking structure or the drive way in which you access the apartments. The maintenance of the streets to and through there,are subpar at best. Deep holes all throughout the complex. People have had tire and or structural damage to their vehicles due to the negligence of management in charge of maintaining road work needed.
