Well organized and efficient office with knowledgeable staff and clinicians.
Best advice - don’t book an appointment before 9am. 7.30am appointment, but they got the wrong knee AND wrong insurance. Wouldn’t even do the MRI and sort it out later until they had both re-confirmations, which of course doesn’t happen until after 9am. What a complete waste of time. Update: 3 stars because Rob was amazing during the MRI. After the insurance was re-sorted and the re-confirmation was received, the MRI process was very smooth.
