Agreed with everyone said about the long wait. Arrived 10am for my 10:30 appt and was seen at 11:45. Doctor Ugwonali saw me for less than 2 mins. Wasn’t apologetic about the long wait. Didn’t discuss details of treatment plan with me but just simply referred me to other providers. Asked me to come back again. Will I? Not likely. Staff was however friendly and nice hence two stars instead of one.

Horrible experience I had an appointment at 3 pm I arrived 2.30 pm just to sit for and hour and half . All people who arrived before me and after me are gone so i am last I don't get it . this will be my last visit to this office and doctor . I am going to find another doctor . This is the worst experience ever had If you. Schedule an appointment expect the worst I will not suggest that you come to this doctor office .

I give the doctors a five and billing department a zero. Billing department does not answer phones, leaves you voicemail a week later and cant figure out a simple referral issue (their mistake). Their solution is turn you over to collections for a $100 bill/mistake rather than solve the problem. My insurance company said everything on my end was done properly and there was no co pay. At first, my experience was ok, but then the office would not follow-up after some insurance issues (they said they would) and I continued to call them to get an update and they provided no information and would not call to follow-up as they promised. I don't think the doctor (Dr. Chao) is bad, but its hard to receive good care if you don't have follow-up. I still don't know when I need to come in for my next x-rays and what my treatment plan is. It has been over a month since they last responded. It is just not acceptable.
