Everyone I had an interaction with were engaging, friendly, happy people! They were pleasant and professional and worked efficiently. They responded well to questions and explained everything. Someone came in and explained thoroughly the medications and possible side effects. This was after the doctor explained what he was prescribing and why. I would definitely recommend Dr. Obi. I have seen him twice and each time I have had a great outcome with him which lets me know he is there for his patient needs and he listens to what is going on instead of just rushing in and out like some doctors do.
This location is not close to where I live at all. It was recommended by someone I trust. Could not have had a more positive experience from the front desk to the support staff to Dr. Ugwonali. My hand issue luckily was resolved in less than 30 days but it was pleasure being a patient.
Dr Ugwonali and his staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me detailed information. Very friendly and helpful. I will go back to him if and when I need more help with my injury.
Dr. Ugwonali is a fantastic Doctor and Surgeon. He is caring and attentive, with a wonderful bedside manner. I entrusted the care of my shoulder injury to him and received the highest level of care. This resulted in the best possible post-surgical outcome. I recommend anyone with an upper extremity problem to seek the care of Dr. Ugwonali!
