Atrocious bedside manner. Rude staff. Unapproachable. I was yelled at for taking notes about what the doctor said during an appointment. They never return phone calls.

The doctor is great!! All on board with the Physician. However, they somehow cancelled my appointment. But then took my money and decided to see me. After an hour of waiting, I asked the front desk woman if she could give me an idea of when I would be seen. She did not look up, nor did she respond. I had my copay refunded. The admin staff at the front desk have no social skills nor customer service capabilities. . Who just doesn't look up or acknowledge they are being spoken to.?! Had surgery on my hand to repair a broken finger that was severely misaligned. Professional service and results that count. Surgeon was experienced and understandably confident - he had done many of these before, you can tell. Now able to use my hand just like before (eating, IT, gardening, driving, DIY etc).

Poor customer service. I called Buckhead office to schedule an appointment after describing an incident where something heavy fell down on my head this morning. I am an existing patient. The receptionist was very nonchalant and did not even pretend to be concerned or try to assist me with getting an appointment. She was fine with disconnecting the call when I suggested that I would try being seen at an urgent care facility instead. I asked if they had anything available in the next 24 hours at one of their offices. Sad.
