Dr. Serbanescu is nice. But he always prescribes drugs that are not covered by our insurance & cost over $1,000.00 out-of-pocket until you complain. His nurse Kim doesn't get her msgs most of the time & does not call you back within the 24 hours the answering service tells you. Refills are a freaking nightmare to get in a timely manner. I feel they just don't care if you are in pain.
What kind of Neurologist refuses to see patients that have had car accidents?
I went to see Dr Hedaya and his diagnosis and brief was right on target and explained a lot about what was going on. I could not believe the low rating he had once received. Maybe all meds don’t work the same in everyone or maybe there was no real problem to begin with. I would highly recommend Dr Hedaya.
