Dr. Lalwali Is thorough but has a horrible bedside manner in my opinion. He was easily angered, of all things, with me - twice - and did not like to hear any questioning of his advice. He actually became rude. That’s a really bad sign for a doctor. Medecine can be very complicated, particularly when there are other factors involved outside of one particular specialty, and there is nothing wrong with asking questions about a doctor‘s diagnosis and recommendations. I will not go to Dr. Lalwali again.
Dr Gowda is awesome but the communication with the office staff needs a little upgraded system so they are not always swamped and playing catch up ….
Not sure about the other locations but the Lawrenceville location is extremely unorganized. I’m a new patient that recently went through a major surgery at Northside and one of the care team was Dr. Lalwani. Figure he knew my case and he had history so decided to try his office out since it had good reviews. 1st visit was standard going over history but besides my weight and height , nothing else was taken. 1 day off work. Spotless new facility with extremely courteous staff! So helpful in answering questions I had about Medicare. Dr.Khan was positive and encouraging with my progress. Clearly explaining fine tuning my diet to improve my health!
