They messed up big and didn't ask for our insurance info anywhere before procedure never gave us an estimate, we were supposed to be on healthy smiles as an emergency case and they proceeded with the procedure. After my son had teeth pulled, was bleeding and in pain they then asked for my insurance information and changed all the billing to give us a bill of over 2000. My son had just had his tonsils and adenoids out recently, and my head wasn't in the game and it is on me for not asking upfront. But very shady of the office... read more
I don't usually leave reviews but I saw the one about something "similar" and thought to shed light on a different experience/perspective. I received an email today regarding an older overdue balance which I completely forgot about, to say I was annoyed with myself was an understatement! The manager was extremely understanding though (thank god!) Instead of the lump sum she offered me a payment plan. The whole team are absolutely amazing! They make both the parents & child feel comfortable! My 2.5 year old son had work done and we couldn't have asked for better care! They were so helpful in explaining everything that was happening and put our worries at ease
These people are amazing!! They make the kids so comfortable and enjoy every part of what could be a very stressful experience! From walking in to procedure to walking out, they make sure your child is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. I couldn't recommend them more. They are wonderful.
My son recently had to get some work done on his teeth and the team at Peachtree took great care of him! He enjoyed watching Paw Patrol while they worked away!
