After making an online appt. and waiting for an hour to get in I was told when I asked how long I need to wait, that they don’t have rooms while taking in walk ins. I do understand that some of the cases might be urgent than other, but why do you offer online appt if you don’t really have them available and people have to wait hours?????

I did online check in but unfortunately that didn’t help at all. I checked in for 12:30 and arrived at 12:20. I was supposed to be called in at 12:30 and they finally called me in at 1:15. They said that people getting drug tests get to go first? I won’t be back or at least won’t expect for the online check in to work.

BEWARE: If you have insurance, this facility bills $492.00 for a simple office visit vs $175.00 if you have no insurance. If you have not met your yearly deductible, after the insurance “negotiated discount” you will be auto charged ~$290.00 for the visit. They WILL NOT tell you this when you go there. I asked when we arrived and was told they don’t know the non-insurance cost nor any cost. This place is pure greed!
