I wasn’t going to post a review, but the experience here has only gotten worse. During my visit, there was a misunderstanding where Jasmine Burns assumed I was questioning her credentials as an NP when I was actually just asking a clarifying question about my care. Even though I apologized profusely, she clearly took it personally. Her lack of care from that point on was evident, and the appointment went completely downhill.
