Got my DOT physical in March of 2025, and it was never transmitted to the DMV, so my CDL was revoked. When I went in to see if they could transmit it, they said it looked right on their end and I would have to pay $125 again and get a new physical if I wanted it retransmitted or wait on the higher-ups to figure it out even though I can’t work until it’s solved
This is the first urgent care where i wasn't sitting for 2 hours. The staff was nice and I was out within a hour!
