Even with an appointment, the last 3 visits I waited at least 20 minutes to be seen. Yesterday, I only saw a nurse and a prn.
Entire staff was caring and worked well resolvemy problems.
This was the absolute best experience that I’ve ever had at urgent care. From the lady upfront, to the medical assistant, and the PA were so Compassionate and thorough.
