Dr.Patel and staff were both professional and courteous
Excellent care. So kind to me. I highly recommend this office.
Providers were all helpful and attentive. The practice opens at 8am, and I had an 8:10am appointment. I was not able to check in for my appointment until the front desk staff arrived, which was about 8:20. She got me checked in fine, but I noticed she was being somewhat rude to a man trying to check in for his young child’s appointment. I found her lateness and attitude unprofessional. However, my experience with the providers was great, and they took all the right steps to make sure I was taken care of.
