My wife had to go to Peachtree Immediate Care ("PIM") under her Anthem individual plan in January prior to going on Medicare in February. PIM required her to give them a credit card number before providing services, which is unusual in my experience. PIM then tried to charge the card $500 on two separate occasions with no prior approval. After disputing the charges I was told that PIM filed her claims under the wrong insurance plan and would file under the correct plan. Front staff was pleasant and helpful, Medical assistant was kind, knowledgeable and efficient, and the Dr.Patel was very thorough and took a detailed history of my complaint, explaining her diagnosis and the treatment plan clearly . I felt very well cared for. Great teamwork!
