Giving this one star. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, they are efficient. My concern is around the billing. I got charged $448.01 for a quick 15 minute visit to see if I had the flu. I get that I'm in a HDHP, but it would have been cheaper to go to an emergency room and be seen by an actual physician. No idea how contractually they are allowed to bill for the amount they did. GREAT diagnostic of my issue, provided me with a shot for immediate comfort, and recommendation for long term solution.
Great experience overall. I thought the exam was thorough, they explained the medicines and approach to get me well, and were friendly throughout.
The staff is kind and friendly. They took very good care of me and diagnosed me well and gave me strategies to improve my health.
Khelin gave me top notch care - my sutures had to be removed and she had to undo some poor medical care on my finger, and she took care of me, while I was in excruciating pain. I can’t recommend her highly enough. What a blessing. Thank you Khelin!
