There is nothing IMMEDIATE about this place. I walked in for a COVID test after being td by my Emory provider I could get one here, and they told me, with a perfectly straight face, it would be SIX HOURS. There were 4 people in the waiting room, and apparently these people were sick and had to sit there, SICK, for SIX HOURS! Never again. If they had no one in there and were standing outside waiting to escort me inside I would not go back there. Absolute shysters of shysters!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If u use health insurance they DOUBLE THE PRICE of an office visit, they DON'T TELL THEIR PATIENTS they're doing so, and u wind up paying more than $100 more for a simple office visit if u use your insurance than u would if you just paid out the cash price..... And they admit this on the phone if you talk to their billing department. You do not want to use these folks at all.
We have used this location for over 10 years and it has changed hands a few times. Recently I took my daughter in for a sore throat. I received a bill showing they charged $224.78 just for the visit as there were no additional tests performed. When I called their billing service on December 12th I was transferred around and then sent to a voicemail. I left a message requesting a return call to discuss the charges billed. Terrible treatment from the ‘office manager’. I questioned the payment policy because I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my cc on file with them. When I asked to speak to someone else, she puffed up her chest, put her hands on her hips and said it’s only her to speak to. Almost like she wanted to fight me, she made me very uncomfortable. Won’t be going back EVER!
RecommendedDon't necessarily recommend it! I checked in on line for an 11:38 appt, arrived at 11:20 and no one was even at the front desk til 12:00 noon to see about me. I reached over the counter to get the paperwork to start filling it out.
