My visit to this facility was exceptionally efficient, timely, and overall very pleasant. The reception staff were welcoming and organized, making the check-in process smooth. The medical assistant demonstrated great skill with phlebotomy and took the time to explain each step thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated. The provider, Clay, was both kind and highly knowledgeable, creating a reassuring and professional experience. I would enthusiastically recommend this clinic to others.
Front desk was friendly, Medical Assistant was nice and NP Sun was really great. Thank you all. I will be definitely coming back this urgent care if ever needed.
