Horrible valet experience at the Frisco location of the westin hotel by an african american man.
I was NOT told that I had to valet. I parked in an area of the parking deck that was not marked and my car was booted. The manager was no help at all. Very disappointed at the lack of service.
Jessica Kohorn in the Vero Beach, FL has been amazing to work with. She is quick to respond and has given the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. Very impressed with the staff as well at Star Suites. Highly Recommend!!!!!
