Jessica Kohorn in the Vero Beach, FL has been amazing to work with. She is quick to respond and has given the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. Very impressed with the staff as well at Star Suites. Highly Recommend!!!!!
Never rent from this company. They keep your entire deposit and don’t pro rate your money back after paying the entire month and when someone else moves in. And charge you for the credit move in money for the other person. There snakes!!! Alpine apartments in Nampa also who they manage!
Franchise is extremely disorganized with people messing up benefits took me at least 2 weeks to get things straightened out. Benefits aren't great , 2 weeks vacation after I believe 5 years, healthcare is aetna through Allied. People at the corporate level either quitting or being terminated every time you try to contact them for something.
Both my husband and I worked for this management company and did great work at several of their properties. The GM for my location was very difficult and he was extremely shady. Carlton Hollis was my GM at a Hampton Inn, in Roswell GA. He was in an urgent situation being his front desk agent had not reported to e ork on a Saturday in 2016, quitting due to not being able to work with him.
