A walk in to get my broken glasses fixed. Stayed for a full exam and very much enjoyed and appreciated this opportunity. I'm traveling and only in the area a few days so this was a blessing.
Was a 10 year customer. Just went for eye exam at 5:15pm. Was 8-minutes late due to rain. Doctor told me to reschedule since they close at 6pm. Guess they can't stay late 8-minutes. Not customer focussed. Happy to go elsewhere.
