I had an excellent experience with Dr. Zuniga and optometrist Nina. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They took the time to thoroughly explain my exam results, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I had a disappointing experience with this office regarding both communication and how my insurance coverage was handled. For context, I have been a LensCrafters customer for 33 years, and this is not my first experience with Dr. Zuniga - which is usually pleasant.
