I have been trying to reach out to this company for a month now. Their phones are always off saying it’s not opened and please call during business hours, when I’ve called during business hours (at least that’s what the online website says). And they don’t allow you to leave a voicemail.
We went to go see Dr Hirsch because our son has been sick and the moment she walked in she was rude. She asked me why I didn’t bring toys for my child ( he was fussy) that “ most parents will bring toys” so I immediately was upset. Then the entire time I kept apologizing and she said “ it’s ok I’m just ignoring him”. Her “bedside manner” was horrible and I left crying and charged $325 for her to look in his ears and mouth. I was told when I made the appointment that it would cost $200!!! Will never be back and it might be gr... read more
