Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

Peaches offers outstanding customer service! My daughter’s dress had to be ordered and shipped directly to us. When it arrived, we noticed that there was a flaw just above the waist of the dress in the pattern. We contacted Peaches, emailed them some photos & they had a replacement dress to us within a week!
First the parking is absolutely ridiculous! This system that they use is just to much. But what I really didn’t like is the trying on process. I felt like it’s very impersonal. It’s like your trying on the dress in front of the entire store. Although the girls are very helpful. I got a great dress here for a good value. I wore the dress from here to my wedding.
Neat place! Definitely one of those things you need to experience for yourself. Make sure you plan plenty of time to browse and then time for your fitting. We were there for 3 hours. Well worth the time!
I have NEVER been treated this terribly by service staff. While the girl who dressed me was lovely, the owner was HEINOUS. In fact, she was so mean, she made me cry. If you need a prom dress, go to The Prom Shoppe in Oswego or Gipper’s in Crystal Lake. Spend your money with people who will treat you KINDLY and CARE about your experience; not an overrated, understaffed fresh Hell with an awful owner.
We ordered a dress. It came with a flaw in the fabric. We sent it back asking for a complete refund but they refused to give us the restocking fee back. We were told our flaw was “fuzz” and we just had to cut it off. I told them it was attached to the dress and that I wasn’t going to do that and risk creating a bigger problem with the fabric or creating a hole in the fabric if I cut it too close. The whole process makes you feel like you are being cattle hearded through their store. High pressure sales, and you aren’t allowed to take your time at all. You can only try on a few dresses...whichever ones you can cram into their 1 hour time frame. My daughter left in tears because she felt she was being pressured to buy a dress she didn’t love. We left and went to Hannah’s Boutique. Found the perfect dress, $100 less than peaches, and left Chicago happy. Don’t waste your time at Peaches. Bad business and pushy!!!!
order from this store online and im not joking we had our dress in less than a week. and it was PERFECT!! It was exactly what we ordered and my daughter loved it will DEF order from them again and recommend
