My daughter order three dresses for prom at a total cost over $1,500 and the next day Peaches send this email. These items would be considered a special order and therefore a final sale and not eligible for our return policy. If you agree to this please reply back indicating so and we will proceed with your order. They totally changed the order terms - after the order was placed. Dishonest way to do business. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Peaches offers outstanding customer service! My daughter’s dress had to be ordered and shipped directly to us. When it arrived, we noticed that there was a flaw just above the waist of the dress in the pattern. We contacted Peaches, emailed them some photos & they had a replacement dress to us within a week!
First the parking is absolutely ridiculous! This system that they use is just to much. But what I really didn’t like is the trying on process. I felt like it’s very impersonal. It’s like your trying on the dress in front of the entire store. Although the girls are very helpful. You could tell some girls felt a little uncomfortable coming out to look in the mirror in front of all these people. The online selection of dresses is way better than what they had in store.
