I enjoyed Dana's personality but she seem a little scatter-brained. She had to jump up to help other patients during our session and forgot to do some things. She forgot to show me my x-rays, to give me my teeth-whitening bleach, and floss-picks (that she had mentioned might help me with flossing). I kinda felt rushed at the end so maybe that's why she forgot those things. She probably had someone else to help.

Had to wait 10-20 minutes for someone to check me out. Two employees in the office. The lady out front perceived that my patience was getting short. She went into the office and got my paper work and checked me out

Dreaded my visit , but everyone at your office was awesome ! Thank you, Jesse, for developing such a relaxing atmosphere for a not so relaxed patient !! No one downed me for not seeing a dentist in years ! Keep up the good work . God bless all of you .

The care we received was excellent. The staff was wonderful. However, billing is a HUGE issue! When I called to initially make my appointment, I gave my insurance information to the receptionist. I asked insurance questions but at no time was I told that my benefits would NOT fully cover the procedures I was seeking for my children (standard cleaning). Not until, both children had been completely seen was I taken to the billing area to discover that $48.40 would be charged to me on each child to cover what insurance did not.... read more

I felt really welcomed by Dana who was very nice and professional!! The only concern I have is the prices! I understand staying "ahead" when it comes to fees and insurance but prices should be curtailed for out-of-pocket expenses!! Overall my visit was good!!

I have had dental insurance thirteen years. I have never paid one dollar when having out teeth cleaned. I was told that I needed an extensive cleaning. I watched my daughter get the "regular" cleaning and it was the exact same thing. EXCEPT I had medicated mouthwash sprayed on my teeth. My insurance was charged over twenty dollars for this and I paid over sixty. I also paid for fluoride. I should have been asked if I wanted anything that would have an extra charge.
