I was treated with disrespect by Dr Jessie. I am loosing my teeth and would like to know that the Dentist I am going to let continue with my dental work would at least care more about me and not my lack of money.
I don't think they really had time to do my filling and I wish they had just told me that rather than rushing it up. My bite is all messed up now and I'm afraid with the filling causing my tooth to meet my upper canine every time I close my mouth it will eventually cause damage or a crack to a healthy tooth. I had thought to get veneers or porcelain crowns but, with the poor fitting of one filling I don't think I can now.
Reid really liked Paula and she was very patient with him while cleaning his teeth.
EVERYTHING was GREAT!!! We had a GREAT VISIT!!! :)
The group was professional and friendly. Jessica did a great job with the adjustments she made on the crown. Receptionist was very helpful and made numerous adjustments to the appointment time to allow me to get in on Monday. Steve
Kimberly and all the ladies up front do a terrific job. As always every one was helpful and polite.
All staff I've dealt with were very accommodating and went above and beyond my expectations. Seemed genuinely concerned..very professional and unhurried. Oh, and the shakes are delicious! Thanks team!
The assistants speak too loudly. Clients want more privacy.
I was confused about why two other people who arrived after me were called ahead of me. I showed up thirty minutes early for my appointment. I wouldn't say this was a major issue, but it seemed a bit off. It gave me time to enjoy a cookie, at least. This is still the only dentist office I will ever use! :)
