All the staff were very friendly. The hygienist, Megan was extremely caring, friendly, and helpful.
I have only been there 3 times and the first time it was good because I talked to the dentist and had nothing done, the second time the assistant came in working on the wrong side and the wrong tooth, the third time there was major confusion and I got shots and then I guess someone realized they had someone else's chart and took me to another room for a cleaning, then I got gas even though I said I didn't want any - for a cleaning? The panorama xray did not work the first time. I'd prefer not to have xrays taken twice. no big deal, though.
Dana was great as always. She is a breath of fresh air. Very detailed and personable. I truly feel like she cares about my dental health.
Better explanation of services needed would be great. I was told that sealants would be necessary in my dental care and later told that they would not be necessary and they are primarily preemptive care. Other than that I enjoy the services that Peach Tree provides.
Unfortunately due to my work, I usually book my appointments for as late in the day as possible. Every time I have felt rushed out after my appointment- and they have always involved heavy gas and novacaine. I understand that everyone wants to go home, but maybe they shouldn't schedule me that late when there is so much work to be done.
Dana was the best Dental Hygienist that I have ever had.
